SCCT Junior College Cultural Committee hosted a Rakhi Making competition, inviting participants to showcase their creativity and craft skills. SCCT Junior College celebrated Independence Day with events on both August 14 and August 15, 2024, starting at 5:00 PM on the first day. The celebrations included a range of performances and activities to honor India’s heritage and foster a sense of national pride among students and staff.

On August 3, 2024, SCCT Junior College, held an Open Day for SYJC Science and Commerce students, beginning at 12:30 PM. This event was centered around the results of the First Unit Test, providing students and parents with an opportunity to review academic progress and discuss strategies for improvement.

Majhi Vasundhara #Epledge is an initiative by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Government Of Maharashtra to connect with every citizen at a personal level. On this day, SCCT Junior College students and teachers pledge to adhere to take each and every tiny effort toward our nation. The pledge suggests small actions/ changes to be taken by the citizens in their day-to-day life. These small actions/ changes if taken properly and practiced every day, can aggregate to bring about change in the environment.

The Cultural Committee of SCCT Degree College organized a seminar on CYBER SECURITY for faculty members (of Degree and Junior College), scheduled on July 24, 2024, at 12 noon. The seminar featured Dr. Vishal Mane, a respected guest speaker from the API Special Branch at Vashi Police Station, who provided expert insights into cyber security. The event aimed to empower faculty with crucial knowledge and strategies to mitigate cyber threats effectively.

Students participated enthusiastically, with guidance from experienced instructor. The celebration aimed to foster a deeper appreciation for yoga’s benefits and encourage its regular practice.
